King of Games!

kog.jpg

Wow, and I thought I was a Nintendo fan. This guy has a license from Nintendo to make limited edition t-shirts based on famous characters from the 8-bit generation. He also occasionally does work for Sega. These shirts will run you a few dollars and you’ll have to import from Japan. If you happen to be in NYC however, Nintendo World New York City usually has a few in stock and is the only place you can buy them in the US.

There’s a good chance you can find him lurking here. Vintagegearaddicts.com is the home of connoisseurs of 90’s streetwear, back when it wasn’t called “streetwear”. There is an entire culture based around rare vintage North Face and Polo gear, most of which was acquired at a five finger discount. Check it out and read some insane stories from the early 90’s era of fashion in NYC. And when your done call your brother who still lives at home and have him dig out that old Polo windbreaker you got in the attic, there’s someone out there willing to pay top dollar for it.
